01 Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Color Chain Rush (the “Game”) available on the Apple App Store. References to “we,” “us,” or “the Game” mean the Color Chain Rush product and its publisher as listed on the App Store.
This document is specific to Color Chain Rush’s puzzle-and-laser gameplay product. It is not a general website policy and does not cover unrelated apps or services.
02 Data collection stance
The App Store privacy nutrition label for Color Chain Rush states that the developer does not collect data from the app. In line with that disclosure:
- We do not ask you to create an account or profile to play.
- We do not request your name, postal address, or government ID to access levels.
- We do not operate a Color Chain Rush cloud account that stores your play history on our servers as a condition of clearing the twenty-level campaign.
Level progress, coins earned through play, and similar session state are intended to remain on your device unless Apple or your device settings move or back up app data through system features you control.
03 Information that may exist on your device
Even when the developer does not collect data, the Game and your device may still process information locally so the experience works:
- Gameplay state — cleared levels, remaining lives within a run, coin balance, and unlock status for locked nodes during a session.
- Device settings — OS version, screen metrics, and performance characteristics that iOS uses to run any app.
- Optional system backups — if you enable iCloud or device backups, Apple may store app sandbox data under Apple’s terms, which are separate from this policy.
04 Advertising
Color Chain Rush is listed as containing advertising on the App Store. Ads, if shown, may be delivered by Apple’s advertising frameworks or other ad partners integrated into the build.
Those partners may process device or ad identifiers under their own policies — for example to measure impressions or limit frequency — even when the Game’s App Store label indicates that the developer itself does not collect data. We do not sell your personal information.
05 Why any processing happens
Where information is processed at all in connection with Color Chain Rush, the purposes are limited to:
- Running colour-chain matching, laser timing, locks, lives, and level progression on your device
- Remembering which of the twenty levels you have cleared
- Supporting optional skip-level coins earned in play
- Displaying advertisements where the build includes them
- Meeting App Store, legal, or safety requirements when applicable
06 Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade lists of Color Chain Rush players. Aggregated or technical information may be handled by infrastructure or advertising providers solely to operate ads or platform features, subject to those providers’ policies and Apple’s rules.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the integrity of the Game against fraud or abuse.
07 Retention
Because primary progress is stored on device, retention is largely under your control: deleting the app typically removes local Game data unless restored from a backup. We do not maintain a separate Color Chain Rush player database described as collecting personal data in the App Store label.
Ad or platform logs held by third parties, if any, follow those parties’ retention schedules.
08 Children
Color Chain Rush carries an Age Rating of 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us through a channel we control, contact us via the App Store listing so we can review and delete it where applicable.
09 Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to particular processing. Because Color Chain Rush’s App Store label indicates no developer data collection, many requests will relate to local device data (which you can clear by removing the app) or to advertising / Apple settings.

10 International users
The Game is distributed worldwide through Apple. If you play outside the region where the publisher is based, any limited processing by Apple or ad partners may involve transfers governed by those companies’ terms and applicable law.
11 Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when Color Chain Rush’s features, App Store disclosures, or legal requirements change. The “Effective” date at the top of this page will be revised when that happens. Continued use of the Game after an update means you should review the new text.
